Chinese Style Soba Noodle Stir Fry 

Ingredients:
1/2 head broccoli
1/2 block firm tofu, drained
3 stalks of kale, torn
1/2 pack soba noodles
Sauce:
5 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
Garnishes:
Fresh coriander
Fresh lime
White sesame seeds
Chilli flakes
Spring onion

Method:
Fry broccoli in a little oil, add kale at the end and wilt.
Cut and fry tofu in oil and soy sauce until crispy.
Cook soba noodles, rinse with cool water and run sesame oil through so they don’t stick.
Mix your sauce ingredients together in a shallow pan. Put noodles in and toss through until evenly coated. Fry for a few minutes.

Add all ingredients in and toss through, add garnishes at the end. Enjoy!
